Refund policy
We know ordering clothing online is sometimes difficult. So if you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, or need a different size, please let us know within 45 days of purchase and we will happily refund the purchase price.
**If you bought the item from an authorized Gamehide dealer, the return/exchange must be handled through the place of purchase.
It’s easy to return a product. Simply submit a return/exchange request. We will authorize the return and you will be provided with a prepaid USPS return shipping label if the Return/Exchange is created within 45 days of purchase.
Returns/Exchanges:
- A prepaid USPS return shipping label will be provided for returns requested within 45 days of purchase. A fee of $7.50 for the prepaid label will be deducted from your refund.
- Free exchanges! If you need a different size, we've got you covered at no additional cost. A prepaid USPS return shipping label will be provided for the initial exchange.
Please Note:
- Gamehide is not responsible for items returned without an authorized RMA#.
- Original delivery fees may qualify for a refund only if the order was incorrect. Email Gamehide (support@gamehide.com) to arrange these returns and discuss qualifications.
- Not in new condition – If a returned item is soiled, covered in hair, smells of smoke or in any way altered from it’s new condition when returned, we reserve the right to withhold a 20% restocking fee.
- Closeout Items - Exchanges are not offered. Returns are accepted if initiated within 15 days of the order date. Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
