How do I know when my order ships?

When your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number(s) and estimated delivery date(s).

Can I ship to international/APO/FPO addresses?

Currently, orders can only be shipped to U.S. addresses, including P.O. Boxes, within the 50 states as well as APO’s, FPO’s, and US Territory addresses.

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, an email will be sent to the email used on the order with tracking information.

How long will my order take to arrive including processing and shipping?

All orders will be processed within one business day. For an estimate of shipping times, please reference the times below:

  • Free Shipping Estimated Arrival: 5-9 Business Days 
  • Standard Estimated Arrival: 4-6 business days - $12.99
  • UPS Ground Estimated Arrival: 2-4 Business Days - $15.00
  • Two-day* Estimated Arrival: 2 business days - $33.00
  • Next Day Air* Estimated Arrival: Next Business Day - $59.99

*Two-day and Next Day delivery will ship the same day on orders placed before 11am (CST). Orders placed after this time will ship the following business day. 

**Free shipping is only applicable on orders that total over $125, after any applicable discounts, and are shipped within the contiguous 48 US States.

How will I receive a refund for a returned item?

Once a return is received, a refund will be given to the original form of payment.

If a returned item is soiled, covered in hair, smells of smoke or in any way altered from its new condition when returned, we reserve the right to withhold a 20% restocking fee.

What if my promotion code doesn't work?

Verify that the promotion code has been entered exactly as advertised, without spaces. Since our promotions have varying criteria, please verify that your order meets all of the necessary criteria. If problems persist, please email support@gamehide.com or call us toll free at (888) 267-3591.

Why does my credit card or debit card show two charges?

We will only charge once for your order after it has shipped. Any additional charges you see on your statement are likely preauthorization charges. These are not an actual charge and will drop off your statement within 3-5 business days. Feel free to give us a call at (888) 267-3591 if you have any questions on a charge.

Do Gamehide products need to be washed a certain way?

All Gamehide garments have cleaning instructions. The instructions are located on either the neck label or on the inside side-seam label.

Waterproof garments should have all the zippers closed and Velcro tabs secured. Make sure all foreign items are removed from the pockets before washing and drying.

Price Adjustment Policy:

If you purchased an item directly from Gamehide.com and the price of your item has been reduced, you may submit an e-gift card request via email for use on the Gamehide.com website.

These conditions apply:

  • The order must have been placed within 5 days of the price change
  • Only store credit at Gamehide.com will be given- credit to your method of payment will not be issued
  • The e-gift card will be active until the balance is used
  • Items purchased in the Closeout/Bargain Bin or is currently in the Closeout/Bargain Bin are not eligible for the e-gift card
  • The item was purchased as a Buy One, Get One (BOGO).
