Due to order volume, we have discontinued Exchanges on all orders. Please return wrong size/unwanted items with an issued RMA# and repurchase the correct item. This process will help you receive the correct item in a timely fashion.
*If you are granted an exchange due to a special circumstance, please allow 14 days from the time the return is received until the new item is delivered to your location.
We know ordering clothing online is sometimes difficult. So if you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, you can return a product within 30 days of purchase and we will happily refund the purchase price. (For closeout items, please see policy below)
(All items purchased November 1st thru December 30th will have until January 30th to make an exchange or return.)
***If you bought the item from an authorized Gamehide dealer, the return/exchange must be handled through the place of purchase.

- Gamehide is not responsible for items returned without an authorized RMA#.
- Original delivery fees may qualify for a refund only if the order was incorrect. Call Gamehide to arrange these returns and to discuss qualifications.
- You are responsible for shipping the products back to us. We recommend using a traceable shipping method.
- Closeout products are excluded from this guarantee and cannot be returned or exchanged after 14 days. Due to the high volume of sales on closeouts, only returns will be accepted during the 14 day window. Exchanges will not be allowed. *Items sold in the Closeout Corner/Back Shed are not eligible for price matching on any order.
- Bundled products- must be returned with all items shipped in the bundle. If items are missing from the return or only individual pieces are returned, the current retail price difference vs. the bundled price of each missing or individually returned piece will be deducted from your credit.
- Not in new condition– If a returned item is soiled, covered in hair, smells of smoke or in any way altered from it’s new condition when returned, we reserve the right to withhold a 20% restocking fee.
