Complete your HECS outfit with this universal facemask that performs in both warm and cool weather. The adjustment strap on back allows for a custom fit and the single view opening is generous enough for people who wear glasses.
The short of it:
HECS technology blocks your electrical energy field with a carbon fiber conductive grid
that is integrated into the fabric of these garments so you can get closer to game!
HECS in depth:
Revolutionary energy-blocking technology let’s you get closer to game!
We were all taught that there are five senses – sight, sound, taste, touch,
and smell. As hunters, we take advantage of most of these senses to
harvest wild game – sight (decoys), sound (calls), taste (attractants)
and smell (scents).
We also combat some of these same senses in animals – sight
(camouflage), sound (quiet clothing), and smell (scent control).
There is a sixth sense. Electroreception is the ability to sense energy
signals. This sixth sense is what allows deer, elk, antelope, turkeys,
waterfowl and other animals to notice you even though you haven’t
moved or made noise and the wind is in your favor. The animals are
detecting your natural electrical energy field, which is the result of
muscle movement and the beating of your heart.
HECS blocks your electrical energy field, stopping this energy signal
recognition. It does so with a carbon fiber grid that is built into the
camo fabric. Based on the Faraday Cage principle, it works much like
the grid in the door of your microwave oven. The small mesh in the
microwave door is properly sized to block microwaves for your safety
just like the somewhat larger grid in a HECS garment is designed to
block human electrical energy waves.
The fiber itself is completely flexible so you won’t even notice it is there.
The fabric and the garments it is used to make, are lightweight, breathable,
durable and machine washable. Because the carbon fiber is woven into
the fabric it will not wash out or wear out.
Used in conjunction with good camouflage and scent control and
assuming you aren’t moving too much or making noise, HECS can
make a significant difference to your hunting success by allowing you
to get closer to game!
